Lanesurf was my graduation project at CNVRT Labs, created for a YC Summer School '25 startup as an AI-native web experience. I worked across visual design, interaction direction, 3D explorations, motion handoff, and interface systems, using a pipeline that moved from Figma and AI-generated storyboards into Blender, After Effects, and production-facing motion assets.
Brief
The brief was to help shape Lanesurf's web presence into something more memorable than a standard SaaS landing page. The experience needed to communicate the product quickly while still giving the brand a distinct world, using motion, spatial storytelling, and interface structure to make the startup feel sharper and more complete.
The project moved through a fast pipeline of Figma layouts, AI-generated storyboards, Blender environment tests, clay renders, After Effects motion exports, and implementation-facing motion handoff. This helped define a stronger visual direction for Lanesurf while keeping the work close to production, turning an early startup idea into a sharper, more cinematic web experience.
